started, he wasn't breathing. >> when the father called 9-1-1, robert continued chest compressions on the baby. he seemed like it was an hour but only a minute. >> he took the gasp for air and the pulse came back. >> can't tell you the feeling. >> second later first responders arrived. roberts told them, had he not performed cpr, the little boy would have died. >> now robert seems calm. it's because he is. >> i'm a reserve police officer with satisfy francisco -- san francisco police department. >> his neighbor's cries for help answered bay stranger, a neighbor, now a hero. >> it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have this little boy. >> the two families lived next to each other for more than a year and have never even spoken to each other until the accident. the boy's father says he's going to get rid of the pond.

there's the 75 in santa cruz for today. half moon bay, 68 degrees. 68 in san francisco. 73 in santa rows -- santa rosa. east bay, concord, antioch, close to 70. missed by one degree. it was 68 today in livermore. the reason, jet stream well to the north of us. a ridge of high pressure kicking everything northward. we're getting the slight offshore winds. winds come pressing close to the surface. santa cruz warmed up to 75 today. here's the current readings. 59. dropped off considerably in san francisco. redwood city, 70. 67 in antioch. and los gatos, clear and 67. so, clear overnight. a higher elevations might be just a little on the breezy side.

so keep that in means. otherwise, get ready for a day tomorrow. 70s returning. then after that, the high will break down, temperatures will cool off, so from monday and tuesday to be our coolest days next week. here's a look at the highs positioned off the coast and inland, helping to bring us those offshore winds and temperatures tomorrow back up into the 70s. and remember, just goes onemer day, we monday morning, the highs will start to shift towards the east. more onshore winds will return and that's going to mean cooler temperatures for us monday and tuesday. overnight, lows tonight, if you're in a wind-prone area, temperatures will be a little bit warmer than last night but we'll still teen some temperatures, especially in the north bay, mid-to upper 30s. napa, 39. not as much wind there as last night. 46 for san francisco. 44, oakland. san jose, low 40s. 39 livermore.

he's the highs tomorrow. 75, santa rosa. fair field, 73. 75 in ant county. 72, san francisco. 66 half moon bay. 75, san jose. santa cruz, bank on it, temperatures in the mid-70s. 79 for gilroy. the high pressure will break down as we get into monday and tuesday. tuesday morning, especially north of the golden gate bridge, slight chance of maybe a sprinkle or two as the system passes the north. we'll have a detailed look at that tomorrow. as it develops. and then we'll start to warm things up wednesday, thursday, friday. >> warm whether has me thinking of baseball. >> mike: cactus league, and the giants are hungry, not for dinner but another world series title. they chalked up last season as a
